Your involvement is so important to the success of our school. Your help, be it through assisting your classroom in person, helping with in-home projects, supporting special events at the school, preparing meals for the conference dinners, helping with crossing guard duty or the many other opportunities that there are go a long way to making sure Eldorado K-8 is a great place for our students and families! Remember... "We are Eldorado"!

This coordination database will help us keep you up to date of what's happening in and around the school. And it's easy for you to let us know how and when you can help as well as get the up to date news with the bi-weekley Eagle newsletter. 

Getting started - to sign in you will need an email address and password:

• If you forgot your password, use the link under the sign in box to your right
• If you filled out a form for us to enter you and then received an email with a password, simply enter your registered email and the password sent in the top right corner of this page. You can reset this password once you are logged in.
• If you haven't received an email simply click on the 'new user' link at the bottom right of this page. Details on how to register step-by-step are located at: http://www.soaringeaglesalliance.com
• IF YOU USED THIS PROGRAM AT ATOTHER SCHOOL... please note that you may utilize your same e-mail address for Eldorado K-8's system. You simply need a new password specific to our school. Simply "confirm" that you want to use this email address for Eldorado K-8 as well in the next step.

Then all users will:

1. Fill out Step 1 with your detail and make certain to include your e-mail address. The data in this step is also used for the student directory if you opt into it.

2. In Step 2, choose any interests you would like to hear more about when they   happen at our school or would like to assist with.

3. It is critical that you fill out Step 3 with your child(ren)'s  name and classroom teacher or advisory grade (If currently unknown select a "NEW" class)

NOTE: Infinite Campus IS NOT linked to this software. You must set up an account with PTO Manager to receive e-mails from Eldorado K-8. You will still use IC for middle level assignments and grade postings.

When finished entering student data, click "Login" at the bottom right and at the next page, choose "Logout" at the top right.

If you are so kind as to express interest in volunteer opportunities, the event coorinator will be in touch with you when those events approach. It is your option aas to whether the time frame will suit your schedule so there is not a formal commuitment made just by selecting a box - we value and respect everyone's time and hope you can find your own way to "give back to your community". The difference your time and commitment makes is incredible!
